Social Media is all the rage these days. Everywhere you look, you are apt to run into an invitation to connect with your past, present and sometimes future (ie: Match dot com).

As an avid newspaper reader (USA Today mostly) I often find myself amused by the articles about Facebook, Twitter, My Space, Linkedin, etc. that speculate on their respective influences, both good
and bad, for our modern lives.
